3. Nature of the Services

Purchases processed by Double J Global may include:

• prepaid digital services
• platform-based features
• non-transferable platform credits

All such purchases represent access to digital services only.

Platform credits or services:

• are non-cashable
• are non-transferable
• cannot be redeemed for money
• can only be used within the designated platform environment

These services do not constitute financial products, stored value instruments, or payment services.

4. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through licensed payment processors including Stripe or other authorized payment providers.

Double J Global does not store full payment card information. Payment details are securely processed through the infrastructure of the payment processor.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

5. Pricing and Billing

All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise specified in a valid invoice or service agreement.

Where applicable:

• taxes may be included in the displayed price
• currency conversion may be handled by the payment processor
• additional fees from card issuers or banks may apply

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• initiate fraudulent chargebacks
• misuse platform credits
• use the service in violation of applicable laws

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Some services processed by Double J Global may be delivered through partner platforms.

Double J Global is responsible for transaction processing and billing, but the functionality or operation of the underlying digital platform may be managed by the relevant platform operator.

Users may also be subject to the terms of those platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double J Global shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits or business interruption
• issues arising from third-party platforms or service providers

Our total liability for any claim relating to a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific transaction.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Double J Global website, including text, design, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Double J Global or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

12. Data Protection

Double J Global processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

13. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that services remain available and functional.

However, Double J Global does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability and may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.
